The accommodation will be booked on first-cum basis.  The details for the accomodation are as follows:

 

IAS Guest House,

Indian Academy of Sciences,

Jalahalli West (Near HMT School),

Buses will leave Guesthouse at 7:30AM each day.

       

Room Charges: 1000/- per person (3 nights)

 

Check-in time: 13 September, 2017, 4pm onwards

Check-out time: 16 September, 2017, 10am atmost 

Please Note,

1. Kindly show your I-Card and Fees Receipt at the check-in time.

 

2. If your train is early or late on the same day you can wait in the department.

 

     3. No further extension of accommodation is possible.
