It is developed by KAS Technologies in collaboration with the Centre for Nano Science and Engineering, Indian Institute of Science. KAS Tech’s “Ocean” is an advanced turnkey thermal chemical vapor deposition process tool for the synthesis of a wide variety of low dimensional materials such as graphene and carbon nanotubes. The platform can be configured for growth of other emerging 2D materials as well.
